Who collects your information
My Rental Specialists Limited (MRSL), Christchurch, New Zealand, collects the information you submit through this website. This statement covers website enquiries and maintenance requests. Contact support@mrsl.nz with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
For general enquiries, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type, message and any phone number you choose to provide. Owner enquiries may also include property details. Maintenance requests include the property address, issue details and any photos or documents you upload. We use this information to respond to your request, communicate with you and arrange the service you have asked for. Please avoid including identification documents, financial records or unrelated personal information in general enquiries.
Your choice
Providing information is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to send the relevant online form; without enough information, we may be unable to respond or arrange assistance. A phone number is optional on the general contact form. Submitting an enquiry is not a request to subscribe to marketing emails.
Who receives and holds the information
Your submission is stored using Wix Forms and is available to authorised MRSL staff handling your request. Wix provides our website hosting and form storage. Where needed to arrange a requested repair, relevant information may be shared with the property owner and the tradespeople carrying out the work. External client portals and WeChat operate under their own privacy terms.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
You can ask to access or correct personal information MRSL holds about you. Contact support@mrsl.nz and describe your request; we may need to verify your identity before releasing information. You can also contact us about record retention or request deletion, subject to any information we need to keep for lawful purposes. If you remain concerned about how your information is handled, you can contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
